"The Carte d'Or cuvée is the very expression of the Drappier style. With its very high proportion of Pinot Noir, one is almost tasting a Blanc de Noirs. Champagne with a fine aromatic richness, it opens with aromas of stoned fruits such as white vineyard peach. A spicy hint announces a powerful complex palate. A vinous Champagne of lovely complexity with a characteristic note of quince jelly." —winemaker
"The most "classical" of the Deutz cuvees is far from mundane. The three different champagne grapes are blended in equal and unchanging proportions, ensuring it shows perfect harmony. Its golden color scintillates in the glass, with a fine stream of bubbles rising gracefully to the surface. The first impressions on the nose are mellow and reminiscent of acacia flowers, confectionery, Reinette apples, and brioche. The wine then gains in volume and its silky texture reveals a successful balance between the freshness of Chardonnay, the fruitiness and structure of Pinot Noir and a touch of vinosity from the Pinot Meunier." —winemaker
"Golden yellow hue with a hint of green and a fine mousse. Fine nose that is fresh, elegant, and floral. Fresh and balanced palate; hazelnut, quince paste in the long finish. An elegant wine." —winemaker
"The Brut A03 by Christian Gosset is aromatic and expressive on the nose, reminiscent of pear, citrus peel, flowers, bread, and aniseed. On the palate, the attack is frank and balanced, with a very long, vinous finish. A creamy mousse and food-friendly acidity are complemented by minerality and salinity on the finish." —winemaker
"Franck Pascal’s NV champagne, "Fluence" Brut Nature, brings the pursuit of perfection in winemaking to another level. The perfect grower Champagne from one of the most meticulous natural winemakers that we know. Think fresh, elegant, and pure - just delicious! A classic blend of Chardonnay (19%), Pinot Noir (26%) and Pinot Meunier (54%), this is a magnificent Champagne with defined fruit notes, true to Franck’s signature style. This zero-dosage Champagne holds great freshness and minerality." —winemaker
"Moet Ice Imperial is the world's first champagne specifically created to be enjoyed on ice during the day when the weather is hot. This new champagne experience combines fun, fresh and free sensations while remaining true to the Moet & Chandon style, a style distinguished by its bright fruitiness, its seductive palate and its elegant maturity. Ice Imperial is a deep gold color with amber highlights and powerful aromas of tropical fruits (mango, guava), stone fruits (nectarine), and a note of raspberry. On the palate there is a broad, fleshy, voluptuous flavor of fresh fruit salad, the captivating sweetness of caramel and quince jelly, and the refreshing acidity of grapefruit and ginger notes." —winemaker

Silvery gold in the glass, this vibrant and stylish cuvée features floral aromas, rounded out by fresh fruit and hints of buttery brioche and vanilla. Crisp and light on the palate, it combines freshness with a lingeringly rich and generous finish." —winemaker
Blend: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay
Wine Anthology review: The Grand Brut is the perfect introduction to Perrier-Jouët's range, featuring the House's signature Chardonnay-driven character at a great price. Although Grand Brut is a non-vintage blend, Perrier-Jouët ages this Champagne for three years in its chalk cellars underneath the estate so that all the individual components come together before release. This is a wonderfully balanced Champagne with notes of poached pear, grilled pineapple, apricot nectar, and honey that dance with toasted brioche and smoke, closing with a silky finish.

"Brut Imperial Rose is a blend of the three wine varieties, with an emphasis on Pinot Noir, embodying a fruity and daring character. Rose with shades of copper. This Champagne displays lively, expressive, aromas dominated by the scent of wild strawberries. It is full-bodied, with zestful, assertive fruitiness." —winemaker
