The Adobe Red is a blend with flavors of ripe dark fruits, blueberry, and cherry that give way to bold tannins.The wine was blended before bottling with 50% Zinfandel, 32% Petite Sirah, 13% Syrah and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.
