Pale straw with touches of green. Classic Sauvignon Blanc characteristics of cut grass and tropical fruits are dominant on the nose. Unfolds with flavours of passionfruit, gooseberry and subtle herbaceousness. The wine is mouthfilling with good texture and finishes well with cleansing acidity and great length.
