This Cava is Lively and relatively dry, with honey and apple flavors, on a moderately firm structure. It is somewhat fruitier than the Brut with a rounder, slightly fuller taste. It's perfect for those who consider brut perhaps a bit 'too dry.' -Wine Spectator-
