|"Intense red colour, the aroma is focused on wildberries, flowers, and mineral notes. All the aromatic complexity is revealed with unusual elegance, guaranteed with excellent tannic composition." —winemaker

Wine Anthology review:
The 2012 Quinta de Cabriz Reserva spent 9 months in French oak and features a muscular personality that makes itself apparent in peppery aromas of dark cherry and plum with a smoky accent. Elegant and smooth on the ripe palate, there's plenty of fruit to enjoy here as well as good complexity in the extra notes of licorice and turned earth. The rich finish closes with a structured showing of fine tannin.
