"Produced in our Costalunga Estate, in the Classical area of Valpolicella, a land full of tradition and well known for its wine and food culture, after a careful manual selection, the Corvina, Rondinella and Oseleta grapes are left to rest in small boxes and then gently pressed to create a wine of undoubted quality with great complexity that gets better with age. Deep ruby red, acquiring touches of garnet with age. The nose is elegant, warm, spicy, with hints of black cherry, dried fruit, and prunes in particular. Round, velvety and smooth." —winemaker
"Opening with aromas of crushed violet, ripe plum and black pepper, this is one Amarone that seamlessly combines a hefty structure with finesse. The ripe, savory palate doles out juicy black cherry, blackberry jam, licorice, cake spice and tobacco alongside firm, velvety tannins that lend it a polished texture. Drink 2017–2026. Cellar Selection." —Kerin O'Keefe, Wine Enthusiast Magazine

"A pure note of lingonberry preserves heralds this finely knit, mouthwatering red. The ripe fruit is meshed with supple tannins and flavors of dried marjoram, dark chocolate shavings, rich, woodsy minerality and creamy melted licorice. Offers a lasting, harmonious finish. Drink now through 2030. 4,666 cases made." —Alison Napjus, Wine Spectator

"Aromas of dried berry, blackberry and cherry follow through to a full body with rich dried-fruit flavors that give a character of raisins, chocolate and mahogany. Long finish, silky tannins. Drink now." —
