Riesling is a dry, crisp, refreshing style of Riesling with beautiful forward
fruit fl avors, crisp acidity and an elegant finish. It offers brisk, cooler
climate Riesling character of white peach and mandarin oranges with a clean
finish. We followed the German model for classifying this as a dry Riesling
and made it in the “Troken” style. Our Dry Riesling is very versatile with
food. Try it with Asian dishes or shrimp.”
