 Aromas of roasted meat on the nose , alongside a wealth of complex, spicy, creamy blue-black fruit. Huge and quite flattering on the palate, but with a bright character and good flesh covering the firm tannic and acidic structure. Good medium ruby. Sexy, perfumed aromas of cherry liqueur, licorice and flowers complemented by smoky oak; quite ripe for the year. Fat, sweet and easygoing, with an almost exotic liqueur-like quality to the cherry fruit. Finishes broad and floral, with fairly smooth tannins and good extract.
