The 2005 vintage displays the exemplary Cabernet Sauvignon style for which the Stags Leap District is famous. A deep garnet with slight purple hue, this Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits dark aromas of blackberry, black currant, and dark chocolate with hints of mocha and smoke. The silky tannins lead to a long finish which completes the beautiful density on the palate. This wine is ready to drink now, though it will continue to develop with bottle age. Winery.
