At WineAnthology, we go the extra mile to make sure you receive your product in excellent condition and in a timely manner. However, in the event that a product is not what you expected, please see below.

Orders that have not yet been shipped can be canceled.
- All presale orders are subject to a 10% fee.
It is rare to receive a defective product from WineAnthology. However, if this does occur we will issue a store credit, a replacement item, or a refund in the amount of the purchase price excluding tax, shipping, and handling, at our discretion. We must be notified within 30 days of the delivery date. All bottles must be ¾-full with the original content. If the order included more than one bottle of the same product, the other bottles must be full and unopened.
Dissatisfaction with merchandise
If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your purchase, please let us know. We do our best to keep our customers happy! At our discretion, we may offer a refund, a discount, or a replacement of the item in question. Refunds are for purchase price excluding shipping, handling, and tax (if applicable). Please note, we must be notified within 30 days of the delivery date. Special order items may not be returned.
When shipping your order back
In order to return an order, you must first contact Wine Anthology at Help@WineAnthology.com or by calling our toll-free number, (888)-238-2251. Please provide our customer service staff with an explanation of the problem you are experiencing, along with your order number. Your order number can be located at the top right of the email confirmation that is automatically sent at the time your order was placed.
After we receive the necessary information, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item(s). Please do not send packages without first contacting us.
All credits, refunds, discounts, etc. will not be issued until the returned item(s) is received by Wine Anthology. Original and return shipping charges, as well as shipping insurance charges, are the responsibility of our customers. Credit card refunds may take one billing cycle to appear on the credit card statement.
In very rare cases where your order may be damaged to such an extent that you cannot ship it back to us, please contact our customer service department so that we may initiate a claims process for you.
Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with the package, and place the item back in the box in the original packaging in the same way that you received it. It is important to retain all packaging materials. Please do not
attempt to ship the item back to us without first contacting us, as this will void any insurance coverage and we will be unable to refund or credit you. Important: Please send an email explaining the reason for the return, along with your name, address, and order number to Help@WineAnthology.com.
