We can ship to most places within the United States. Sorry, but we are unable to ship wine or spirits to: Massachusetts, Kentucky, Maryland, Montana, South Dakota, Texas and Utah.  However, non-alcohol items can be shipped to all states.  Attention: New Hampshire, we are unable to ship to the following towns: (Brookfield - 03872, Ellisworth - 03223, Landaff - 03585, Monroe - 03771, and Sharon - 03458) .

Wyoming residents are now subject to 12% tax on all order subtotals.

 

Estimated Delivery:

All orders placed with Wine Anthology leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.  If your order is being held for any reason a Wine Anthology representative will contact you.

Free Shipping:

Free shipping products will be shipped FedEx or UPS ground. If you wish to arrange for other means of shipping please contact us at: 888-238-2251 

Adult Signature Required:

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine from WineAnthology.com.

All packages containing wine or spirits will REQUIRE an ADULT SIGNATURE (21 years of age or older) upon delivery. It is highly recommended that you provide us with a business shipping address for best service. WineAnthology is unable to fill any requests where an adult will not be present to sign. Any notes requesting for the package to be left will be ignored! We will not be able to refund any shipping charges if your package comes back to us because there was no adult to sign for the wine!

Shipping Insurance:

Wine Anthology.com charges an optional 1% shipping insurance of your order subtotal. In the event that your package is broken in transit Wine Anthology.com will reship or refund your order.  If you notice that your order is not complete or something is missing please save all boxes and content and contact a Wine Anthology.com representative at: 888-238-2251

Pre-Sale Orders:

All pre-sale orders will be charged a separate shipping charge. Please realize that in most circumstances pre-sale orders will be shipped at a later time than your regular order.

Pick-Up at our NJ Store:

Order online, pay online, and pick it up at our NJ store at your convenience. Never any additional fees... order processing and handling are always FREE of charge.

All orders will be ready for pick-up the following business day after 1:00pm EST unless otherwise arranged with our Order Department. Additional instructions will be forwarded via confirmation email.

Proof of confirmation email
is required for all Pick-Up orders (please print a copy and bring it along with you to the store). Proper Identification also required - MUST be 21 yrs. of age or older.

Refunds and Returns:

It is rare to receive a defective product from Wine Anthology. However, if this does occur we will issue a store credit, a replacement item or a refund in the amount of the purchase price excluding tax, shipping and handling, at our discretion. We must be notified within 30 days of the purchase date.  All bottles must be ¾ way full with the original content.  If ordered more than one bottle of the same products other bottles must be full and sealed.
