Bodegas Juan Gil Albacea Monastrell 2017

"Intense, deep red cherry color. Powerful in nose, clean and complex with very attractive fruit aromas. On the palate are touches of ripe fruit and hints of new wood. Well-balanced, soft tannins and a very long finish." —winemaker

Brilliant ruby color. Spice- and smoke-tinged black/blue fruit aromas are complemented by suggestions of candied licorice and violet. Lush and broad in the mouth, offering blueberry and bitter cherry flavors that unfold slowly as the wine opens up. Finishes jammy and long, showing good breadth and dusty, even tannins that sneak in late. (raised in new and used American and French oak barrels)

Chateau de Ribebon 2015

"Merlot crafts a sophisticated and elegant wine with delicate yet admirable structure and refined red berry aromas. Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc (this last one from 100 year-old vines, compared to the average vine age of 60 years) bring accents of ripe and supple fruit, with mineral undertones from the limestone supplying freshness. Oak-aged for eighteen months, this wine is all about elegance and balance. Easy to enjoy on its own, it also pairs well with grilled meats and vegetables." —winemaker

Joel Gott 815 Cabernet Sauvignon 2016

"Rich vanilla aromas, framed by red fruit notes of plum, strawberry and cherry, fill the nose of this California Cabernet Sauvignon. Luscious Bing cherry, strawberry and raspberry flavors on the palate give way to hints of cigar box and toffee on the long, textured finish." —winemaker

Cline Cellars Ancient Vines Zinfandel 2017

"Ancient Vines Zinfandel shows spicy, bright strawberry, with coffee and chocolate characters. Ripe fruit and soft tannins make this a mouth-coating rich vintage. Aging on new and used oak has lent this wine a subtle vanilla quality that nicely complements the explosive fruit notes. Enjoy now or cellar for 5 to 7 years." —winemaker
