"Booker’s Bourbon is a rare barrel-strength bourbon, bottled uncut and unfiltered. But you obviously know a good bit about bourbon, because you don’t end up here by mistake. We don’t advertise. We don’t do social media. We just do bourbon. We focus on the sweet spot. The center of the rackhouse where the temperature and humidity stars align to create the deepest and most intense flavors. Once it’s aged to perfection, which always varies, the liquid is bottled uncut and unfiltered. We don’t add, we don’t water down, and we don’t apologize for it. For some people, it may be too much. But for true bourbon fans, it’s probably the best ever." —producer

Each batch of Barrel Proof contains an uncut selection of 12-year-old Bourbon bottled straight from the barrel. As a result, each batch varies by proof." —producer

"This rare whiskey was bottled under the strict tenets of the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. Aged in the temperate climate of the Northern California coast, the original distillate was altered only by the addition of pure water from the Russian River Valley aquifer. This is the purest expression of Redwood Empire’s craft." —producer
"Inspired by the original Jefferson's Ocean, which was new-filled bourbon barrels, the Jefferson's Ocean: Aged at Sea takes older bourbon barrels and brings it around the world. Stopping in 5 different continents and crossing the equator 4 times, this bourbon truly is a world beater." —producer
"As great whiskey distillers throughout the world — from Kentucky to Scotland — have long known, it takes sweet water from tough rock to make great whiskey. And, that’s what Widow Jane Whiskey is all about." -Producer

"Each year, our master distiller works with Beck’s Hybrids to select a new corn seed varietal. That corn seed varietal is proudly displayed on the label, along with the unique mashbill that is different from our traditional Bourbon Whiskey mashbill." —producer
"Deep coffee amber in color, the Batch Proof offers aromas of rich oak, overripe banana, and marzipan, with hints of orange oil, dusted graham cracker and dried cherry. On the palate, it shows dried apricot drizzled with rich dark chocolate layered over toasted hazelnuts and coffee with faint flavors of cinnamon and clove. The finish is long, with hints of spearmint and sweet cedar wood." —producer
"Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr. is widely considered one of the founding fathers of the bourbon industry, fighting for the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897, nearly three decades after he purchased what is now called Buffalo Trace Distillery. During his time, Taylor implemented several innovative methods still used today, including climate controlled aging warehouses. E.H. Taylor, Jr. Single Barrel is aged exclusively in Warehouse C, which was built by Taylor in 1881 and proven to be an excellent aging warehouse. Each barrel is hand-picked and Bottled in Bond at 100 proof to honor its namesake. The aroma carries lightly toasted oak, with dried figs and butterscotch. One sip brings flavors of sweetness balanced with tobacco and dark spices. The finish is just long enough to prepare the palette for another sip. The bottle itself is a likeness to Colonel Taylor's original design used over a century ago." —producer
"The whiskey aging process is influenced by time & place. Aren’t we lucky. These barrels have all been influenced by the greatly varying temperatures & humidity levels of their original source and their time in our rick house in Red Hook, Brooklyn. The different rick house positions combined with climate variations have led to subtle deviations in flavor, all coming together in a hyper small batches, little more than a handful of barrels at a time.
"Aged for a minimum of thirteen years, non-chill filtered & proofed with our own limestone mineral water from the Legendary Rosendale Mines of NY, Lucky Thirteen is always a way to share good fortune." —producer
"Kentucky Owl Confiscated pays tribute to the barrels seized from the Kentucky Owl distillery before prohibition. On the nose, you’ll experience hints of peach, mature oak, vanilla, and tobacco with aromas of cardamom. The palate fills with spicy oak, peaches and cream, and cinnamon butter while the finish offers herbal notes and lots of spice, rounded off by nutmeg." —producer
