Allagash Curieux Ale

"Allagash Curieux was our first foray into barrel aging. Curieux is made by aging our Tripel Ale in Jim Beam bourbon barrels for eight weeks in our cold cellars. The aged beer is then blended back with a portion of fresh Tripel. The resulting beer is soft with coconut and vanilla notes, with hints of bourbon." —brewer

Allagash James Bean Ale

"James Bean is a bourbon barrel aged, Belgian-style strong ale that is infused with cold press coffee, post fermentation. Coffee, vanilla and bourbon dominate the aroma. Flavors of caramel, coffee, bourbon, and oak present themselves throughout this full-bodied beer. The coffee used in James Bean is Speckled Ax, roasted right here in Maine. The beans used are Ethiopia Amaro Gayo and are known for their lush blackberry and blueberry fruit flavors." —brewer

Bolero Snort 20th & Bull Stout

"We couldn't be more excited to have our permanent home be right here in Bergen County - so we started by brewing our Bergen County Bull Stout base thats now clocking in at 13.1% - we then gave it a 5th Avenue candy bar treatment - conditioning the beer with Peanut Butter, close to 5 lbs per barrel of freshly roasted cocoa nibs, and a touch of milk sugar and vanilla to round things out. The result is decadent, chocolaty, peanut butter cream goodness." —brewer

Bolero Snort Doubull Stuffed Imperial Stout

"We stuffed the mash to the brim and dunked a few cookies in the boil of this Imperial Milk + Cookies Stout. Brewed with white chocolate and cocoa and aged on cocoa nibs and Madagascar Vanilla - it's drinking the lost cookie at the bottom of your glass of stout! Get stuffed!" —brewer

Bolero Snort Happy Buck'n Fifth Anniversary

"Celebrating 5 years of beer we wanted to do something special. In past years we've always changed up our celebratory brew but for this one we wanted to bring an old favorite. We rehashed our 1st Anniversary Imperial Porter and dialed it up a notch and then laid it to rest in oak barrels." —brewer

Bolero Snort The Voyage of Bull Beard

"Shiver me timbulls! We packed the mash tun fuller than the aft hull of a big ol’ ship! This deep, dark milk porter was brewed with a variety of Caribbean inspired spices before being conditioned atop luscious coconut and Madagascar Vanilla. Scoop up this booty before it sets sail!" —brewer

Brooklyn Black Ops

"Brooklyn Black Ops does not exist. However, if it did exist, it would be a strong stout concocted by the Brooklyn brewing team under cover of secrecy and hidden from everyone else at the brewery. The myth is that this supposed 'Black Ops' was then aged for four months in bourbon barrels, bottled flat, and re-fermented with Champagne yeast. Presumably such a beer would raise a rich, fluffy dark brown head and it would combine chocolate and coffee flavors with a rich underpinning of vanilla-like bourbon notes. A beer like that would be mighty nice, but it would be hard to make more than few cases — it could never be sold or released to the public. They say that the brewmaster revealed the beer to a few other people at the brewery only after it had been barreled. This beer is obviously a figment of people's fervent imaginations. Everyone go home now — there's nothing to see here." —brewer

The 2016 growing season delivered fruit with elegant blueberry aromatics, providing clean fruit expression to this blend, complemented by the dry, cereal grain notes of the beer with hints of lemon, violets, a soft oak presence and lively acidity." —brewer
