"100% Fiano grown in calcareous clay soils with Southern exposure. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control, maturation in steel tanks for 6-8 months, 4-6 of which are on the lees.
Straw yellow in the glass with an elegant nose that
is delightfully fruity featuring white peach, nuts and
white flowers. In the mouth its flavor is rich,
soft and fresh with a long and persistent finish.
A great wine to go along with seafood dishes,
white meats, or mozzarella cheese."
