The blend is mostly composed of Gamay, Cinsault and Cabernet. The proportion of each grape variety necessarily changes every year to maintain Reserve Rose's style. Reserve rose was produced according to the traditional method.
It was aged in the coolness of our premises for a minimum of 9 months.
