We are excited to introduce the fourth release from a special program graciously offered by the master distillers at the Knob Creek distillery in Clermont, Kentucky. Through their Single Barrel Select Experience, we tasted through a selection of single-barrel Knob Creek bourbons and selected our favorite, which the distillery then bottled. The result is our very own Wine Anthology bottling of a single barrel of Knob Creek bourbon! Whereas Knob Creek's normal straight bourbon whiskey bottling is a blend of whiskies from several barrels, this unique bottling comes from a single cask and shows off a different side of the signature Knob Creek style.
"TX Bourbon is made in Fort Worth from #2 yellow dent Texas corn, Texas soft red winter wheat, and a strain of wild yeast captured from a Texas pecan, called the “Brazos” strain. After aging for more than four years in charred oak barrels, TX Bourbon is smooth and sweetly spicy with caramel and dark fruit notes." —producer
"This Kentucky Bourbon pays tribute to the earliest days of the Distillery's history when in 1939 it released Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond. The namesake brand quickly became the number-one-selling Bourbon whiskey in the state of Kentucky. Still today, the craftsmanship poured into this bottle by the same founding family meets the exacting standards first set forth in the Bottled-in-Bond act of 1897.
"Golden amber in color with warm notes of vanilla, honey, and a rich caramel sweetness on the nose. Smooth, warm and sweet with a subtle rye spice note; caramel and honey mingle with just enough oak and char to round out the richness. Long and lingering on the finish." —producer
"The Yellowstone Hand Picked Collection is a unique Single Barrel bourbon. It features a hand-picked blend of sweet, spicy, and smoky bourbons, each selected to give this exclusive whiskey a taste that celebrates its deep, family origins." —producer
"This distinguished straight rye whiskey is handcrafted from rye and other grains which are 100% locally grown in New York State. Aged two to three years, this rye begins its journey in new American oak barrels and is then finished for at least one year in used Cabernet Sauvignon barrels. Notably bottled at cask strength, this impressive rye is incredibly complex and compares favorably to even the most prestigious names in the category." —producer
"During the 1970s and 1980s, Michter’s Original Sour Mash Whiskey was the distillery’s single most popular product. While the “Sour Mash” moniker originated from the whiskey production process of the same name – whereby some previously fermented mash is used as the starter for the new mash to be fermented, much like making sourdough bread – Michter’s Original Sour Mash earned distinction for its unique taste. With its unique grain selection, it cannot be categorized as a rye or a bourbon. After disappearing from the market in 1989, Michter’s Original Sour Mash Whiskey made a triumphant return in 2012 with its introduction into the US 1 line. Staying true to the profile and palate of its predecessor, Michter’s US 1 Sour Mash has quickly become a favorite of whiskey enthusiasts." —producer
"Augustus Buelleit knew a good thing when he tasted it (as do you if you're reading this). So when I decided to craft a bourbon just like my great, great grandfather, I searched for a location with superb limestone-filtered water. History taught me the importance of water in making the finest whiskey. I aged our bourbon in new charred barrels of American white oak, and, of course, I stuck with a high rye content blend to continue the Bulleit family tradition. The result is a premium quality, sour mash Kentucky straight bourbon that's russet in color, carries a rich oaky aroma, delivers distinct hints of vanilla and dried fruit, and ends with a long smoky finish." —producer
We have teamed up with a famous bourbon distillery and we're eager to present the exciting final result: a full-proof, single-barrel bourbon that we have hand-selected with the master distillers at the Barton 1792 distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. Through their Single Barrel Select Experience, we tasted through a selection of single-barrel 1792 bourbons and selected our favorite, which the distillery then bottled. At 125 proof, this has the full flavor, strength, and character of a bourbon straight from the barrel, with a richness and taste that reminds of a concentrated version of the regular 1792 bottling.
"Old Forester 1897 Bottled in Bond, the second in our Old Forester Whiskey Row Series, is crafted to honor a watershed moment in bourbon history – the U.S. Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. This 100 proof expression is the second release in our Old Forester Whiskey Row Series and was specially crafted to honor the U.S. Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. After the U.S. Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897 to be labeled as Bottled in Bond, whisky must be the product of one distillation season, one distiller and from one distillery. The concept behind the Act – the idea of “sealed-in quality” – was something that Old Forester – America’s First Bottled Bourbon – introduced in 1870." —producer
"Unlike Bourbon or Rye, which, by definition, must be aged in new oak barrels, our US 1 Unblended American Whiskey is aged in a way that utilizes bourbon-soaked barrels to achieve a rich and unique flavor profile. In late 2013, Master Distiller Willie Pratt agreed to re-release our US 1 Unblended American Whiskey after a nearly three-year absence from the market, deeming it “just right” and “the best it’s ever been.” Crucially, our US 1 Unblended American Whiskey never contains grain neutral spirits – hence its “unblended” distinction." —producer

"Steal a taste the same way John E. Fitzgerald once did: uncut & straight from the barrel. This is the first Wheated Bourbon to ever be named Whisky Advocate's 'Whisky of the Year.' No two Bourbon barrels age exactly the same—which is why every release of Larceny Barrel Proof has its own distinct flavor & proof point." —producer
"Aromas of baked apple, honey drizzled over fresh fig, lavender graham cracker, overnight oat groats with peaches and cream, dried white daisies, cinnamon stick, and tobacco in a private study. Flavors of banana bread with vanilla glaze, warm granola with dried fruit, frangipane tart, charred lemon peel, lemon poundcake with crushed golden raspberries served on a cedar plank. Finishes with notes of raw honey, toasted almond, marzipan, and baking spice." —producer

"Experience Pipe Dream straight from the barrel in this limited edition cask strength offering. Aged for a minimum of four years in the temperate climate of the Northern California coast, explore new heights of Redwood Empire’s craft." —producer
"This rare whiskey was bottled under the strict tenets of the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. Aged in the temperate climate of the Northern California coast, the original distillate was altered only by the addition of pure water from the Russian River Valley aquifer. This is the purest expression of Redwood Empire’s craft." —producer
"We age this Kentucky straight bourbon in new, charred white oak barrels for seven years and bottle it at barrel strength. Seven just became your lucky number." —producer
"As great whiskey distillers throughout the world — from Kentucky to Scotland — have long known, it takes sweet water from tough rock to make great whiskey. And, that’s what Widow Jane Whiskey is all about." -Producer
"Basil Hayden 10 Year Old Bourbon features the same high-rye bourbon recipe that Basil Hayden fans know and love, but the whiskey is aged in barrels longer to create another layer of complexity and deeper flavor. The result of the extra aging is a distinct whiskey with big oak aromas along with hints of char and vanilla. Basil Hayden's trademark spice shines through as the perfect complement to the caramel sweetness and wood flavors, making the whiskey a memorable one for fans and newcomers alike." —producer
"Refined and lively. Our 100% Rye Kentucky Straight Whiskey is finished in Margaux barrels. It has an attractive deep garnet amber color. There is a lot of elegance in the mouth, a good backbone, and a long pleasant finish. It has a complex flavor with floral notes of violets and lilacs, red fruit nuances, and a touch of roasted coffee beans." —producer
"Robust and confident. Our 100% Rye Kentucky Straight Whiskey is finished in Pauillac barrels. It has a dark, seductive amber color and a very complex bouquet rich in blackberry, plum, cherry notes, hints of coffee, and spices, primarily black pepper. On the palate, it shows a generous volume with smoked nuts and a pleasant well – integrated wood finish." —producer
