"This rustic and robust Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon starts with the award-winning Josh Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon, which is aged for two months in bourbon barrels, imparting notes of cedar, caramel, and a subtle hint of bourbon. Aromas of dark chocolate, vanilla, coffee, and sweet burnt toffee blend harmoniously with flavors of baked black fruits and hints of barbequed meats. This wine is full-bodied with rich tannins and a lingering finish." —winemaker
"Within the refuge of the cottage a fire dances in the wood burning stove while outside a coastal storm rages. The windows show you redwoods and sassafras trees being assailed by rain. You pick up your book to settle in for the afternoon and take in a long breath. Scents of dark cherry, chocolate shavings, and baking spices linger in the air from the morning’s baking project and they meld with the more savory aromas of herbs de provence and white pepper from the kitchen. As you exhale you happily ease into quietude." —winemaker

"The Quest Cabernet Franc Blend is an exciting and unique wine. This blend displays a beautiful herbaceous nose of anise seed, warm chocolate, and fresh mint. On the palette flavors of black fruit, dark chocolate, and slightly earthy nuance of leather are present. On the finish, soft fine tannins leave a light coat on the palette and mingle with a delicate touch of acidity that balance the wine allowing the flavors to linger." —winemaker
"A punchy, spicy blend of zinfandel (80%), barbera (15%) and Alicante Bouschet (5%). The Zinfandel and Alicante were sourced from the Bedrock Vineyard in Sonoma. The fruit was from adjacent blocks so we picked both on the same day, co-fermenting them together. Traditionally this fruit has always been the base for our red table wine. We then blended in a few barrels of Barbera to level up the acidity and aromatics." —winemaker

The pallet explodes with deep deliciousness! The finish lingers and invites a second glass or two. Invite your favorite friends to try." —winemaker
