"Intense, dark cherry-red colour with purple edges. High layer. Clean and bright. Dense tear that lightly dyes the glass. On the nose it is powerful, very intense and fresh. Initially, the elegant notes of Crianza appear, toasted and balsamic. When opened, the black fruit and a touch of very ripe red fruit is exposed, almost jam, at some point liquorice with a spicy and creamy lactic. Fine floral tobacco touches. In the mouth it is powerful and well- structured, fresh and very sweet. Surrounding entry with a smooth and rich taste." —winemaker
"Dark ruby red in colour with hints of purple. Aroma of red fruits, with toasted notes and hints of raisins. In the mouth it is full-bodied and potent, concentrated and reminiscent of preserves and cocoa. Very long and well-balanced aftertaste." —winemaker
"Rubielos de Mora is a youthful, fruit-driven red wine with good ripeness but also exceptional freshness and acidity, and is both juicy and light at the same time. It’s a fresh, tasty, and easy-to-drink new-school Mediterranean wine. We simply couldn’t ask for more." —winemaker

"This wine exhibits aromas of licorice and fennel that are typical of this area giving this red blend a very Mediterranean profile. It shows concentration, ripeness, balance, and lifting acidity. The polished finish is long and lingers with elegant tannins." —winemaker
"Quercus is a blend of the well-known garnacha grape variety, which is thought to be indigenous to the Aragón region, as well as the lesser-known miguel de arcos grape, which Juanvi is passionate about saving and featuring in their wines. Miguel de arcos is an indigenous grape to Aragón that, when compared to syrah, is larger-berried, with a lower skin-to-juice ratio and a lighter, fruitier frame that is less structured than syrah. It is excellent when blended with garnacha or syrah, as it lends an incredible light and juicy profile to the backbone provided by the two more well-known noble grapes." —winemaker
