Allagash Ganache

"The liquid equivalent of biting into a raspberry-filled dark chocolate cake. Aromas suggesting mixed berry and roasty cocoa meld with flavor notes of tart raspberry, cherry, and subtle coffee. Even without the addition of chocolate, Ganache gains its cocoa notes from a robust grain bill featuring Special B, caramel malt, raw wheat, oats, our 2-row base malt, Midnight wheat, and black malt. This dark burgundy-colored beer is fermented in stainless with both our house yeast and Brettanomyces claussenii before aging on fresh, local raspberries. No utensils necessary." —brewer

Gouden Carolus Cuvee van de Keizer Blue

"Every year on the 24th of February, we celebrate the birth of Charles Quint. Therefore we brew a special beer in limited edition called Cuvée van de Keizer ('Grand Cru of the Emperor'). This exceptional beer is a special version of the Gouden Carolus Classic, with an enriched taste palate and mysterious aromas added. The caramelised malts and its 11% alc. vol. give the Cuvée van de Keizer the warm roundness of wine together with the refreshing taste of beer. It is imperially crowned with a cork so it can be preserved for a long period of time at a constant cellar temperature of 54 °F. An imperial beer to cherish and enjoy in moderation." —brewer

Huyghe Delirium Deliria

"Brewed by women, this heavy blonde beer has 8.5% ABV and second fermentation in the bottle. This beer has a pale blonde colour and fine, white creamy and lacing foam. The aroma is very balanced, with a fruity and flowery background and a first impression of Chardonnay, that further evolves to a spicy, mild hop aroma. The flavour is very balanced with fruity notes of apple and Chardonnay grapes. Deliria has a fine, mildly bitter aftertaste and a wonderful, round mouth feeling with a nice evolution. Specialty beer, brewed once a year on the occasion of International Women's Day." —brewer

Huyghe Delirium Nocturnum

"Dark brown-red. A compact white-yellow, stable and lacing head. Touches of caramel, mocha and chocolate on the nose. Spices such as liquorice and coriander are also present. Initially, a very good mouthfeel of alcohol and softness. This is followed by an increasing bitterness, partially from the hop, but also from the roasted malt and chocolate malt. Towards the end a nice balance between bitterness, sour and sweet." —brewer

Off Collor I'm Sorry Belgian Style Ale

"Belgian style ale brewed with flowers and rose hips. The aroma at first blush is a layered cloudburst of flowers, nectar, and white fruits offered in apology to the onslaught of flavors of peach, Juicy Fruit gum, and rose petals which quickly evaporates off the tongue leaving a delectable dry finish and sense of euphoria that comes with a return to the good graces of one’s stung love." —brewer

Trappistes Rochefort 8

"Originally called 'Spécial,' Rochefort 8 dates to the mid-1950s. The name comes from the original gravity in 'Belgian degrees.' Deep brown color; the flavor is vigorous and complex, with firm body to support the strength. The aroma has elusive notes of fresh fruit, spice, leather, and figs." —importer
