"Our Special Finishes Collection is an ever-growing exploration of finishes and perspectives on our iconic bourbon profile. And our first one, Toasted, kicks off on a strong note. Using a combination of High Toast, American Oak Double Toast, High Vanilla, Rickhouse, and Spicerack staves, we bring extra char for extra character." —producer
"Since the inception of Castle & Key, we have looked forward to sharing our bourbon with the world. Now our Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey is a shining example of how patience and dedication to crafting quality spirits from scratch pays off. The first proprietary bourbon distilled and released by Castle & Key at the historic Old Taylor Distillery in nearly five decades is a nod to where we came from and taste of what’s to come." —producer
"Distinctive and pronounced, Dave Phinney’s house Bourbon. Mature yet lively and loaded with character. Aromas of orange peel and honey mingle with toasty oak and caramel notes that are consistent through the palate. Lush and complex, gorgeous start to finish." —producer
"For this exceptional Kentucky bourbon, we meticulously blend each small batch to create its distinctive flavor profile. Ascension is a blend of two bourbons: whiskey produced at Six Mile Distillery in Pleasureville, KY (now known as Heaven's Door Distillery), and whiskey sourced from elsewhere in Kentucky. It was aged for at least five years, it’s non-chill filtered, and bottled at 92 proof. Tasting notes include caramel, vanilla, and baking spice on the palate, with a nose full of popcorn and dried fruit." —producer
"Our Small Batch Wheated Bourbon Whiskey offers a reimagined mash bill of our flagship Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey. The focus? A sweeter taste and smoother finish–making this spirit the perfect compliment to your favorite cocktail or easy to sip neat." —producer

"In 1870 George Garvin Brown created Old Forester on Louisville, KY’s, famous Whiskey Row. In honor of that milestone year in bourbon history, we have crafted a tribute – Old Forester 1870 Original Batch – the first expression in the Old Forester Whiskey Row series. 1870 Original Batch echoes George Garvin Brown’s original batching process. Back then, Brown batched barrels obtained from three distilleries to create a consistent flavor profile. To emulate that process today, we also select barrels from three warehouses, each barrel originating from a different day of production, with a different entry proof and a different age profile. The three expressions of Old Forester are then batched together and minimally filtered to craft Old Forester 1870 Original Batch." —producer
"Rich amber and toasted brown hues make for a warm welcome into the whiskey, which then give way into aromas of dried fruit notes with cherry, vanilla, and toasted oak on the nose. Upon the first sip, flavors of sweet ambrosia are complemented by complex levels of charred oak. Rounded off with a warm, crisp finish, the highly versatile flavor profile of Basil Hayden Red Wine Cask Finish makes it ideal for serving in aperitif-style cocktails." —producer
"Michter’s US 1 Bourbon is made from a carefully selected mashbill that features the highest quality American corn. It is then matured to the peak of perfection, with barrels often aging in excess of eight years. Truly “small batch,” each batch of our US 1 Bourbon is typically composed of no more than two dozen barrels, leaving no margin for “blending out” imperfection and thus necessitating excellence from every barrel. Reflecting the spirit of the Bluegrass State, Michter’s US 1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon is nuanced, mellow, and earthy." —producer
"Surprisingly elegant at 114.3 Proof, which is perhaps odd to say about a whiskey at near-barrel strength, but it drinks more like a 100 Proof Bourbon Whiskey. You get the rye showing its face on the front end with a nice creaminess and subtlety on the back end." —producer
"This is a true whiskey treat - a dram that is both rare and exceptionally delicious! Each Cask Collection Whiskey by High West is made by carefully blending selected lots of straight whiskey and then finishing them in second-use barrels. The outcome is a one-of-a-kind batch that exhibits incredible balance, complexity, and depth of flavor. Whether sipped neat or stirred into a cocktail, this whiskey is a thrilling experience sure to delight any whiskey lover." —producer
"The nose opens with sweet oak that is accented with orange zest and cedar. Aromas of tobacco and herbs soon join. The first sip leads with a honey sweetness before swiftly shifting to cinnamon and spicy oak. Another sip adds leather for an earthy balance while displaying an amazing body. The finish continues to celebrate the viscous mouthfeel with notes of sweet, toasted oak and dry cocoa." —producer
"Angel's Envy Single Barrel Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels comes from a single specially-selected ruby port finishing barrel, possessing unique qualities and tasting notes that stand on their own. The bourbon, finished in port wine barrels, will be of a higher proof than our standard Angel’s Envy offering, at 110 proof." —producer
"The first bourbon in our wood-finishing series, Maker's Mark 46 was created by Bill Samuels, Jr., to amplify the flavors he loves in Maker's Mark. The innovative wood-stave-finishing process starts with fully matured Maker's Mark at cask strength. We then insert 10 seared virgin French oak staves into the barrel and finish it for nine weeks in our limestone cellar. The result is Maker's Mark 46: bolder and more complex, but without the bitterness typical of longer-aged whiskies." —producer
"No two barrels of bourbon are the same. Their placement in the warehouse, every change in the weather and every day of aging shapes their distinctive notes and flavors. So while most bourbons are made by batching multiple barrels together to create a consistent flavor. Baker's takes a different approach - no batching, no mixing, just one uncompromised barrel per bottle. The result is a true bourbon lover's bourbon. Made for those who enjoy the unique and subtle differences between one barrel and the next. Because at the end of the day, that's what a single-barrel bourbon is all about." —producer
"This rare whiskey was bottled under the strict tenets of the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. Aged in the temperate climate of the Northern California coast, the original distillate was altered only by the addition of pure water from the Russian River Valley aquifer. This is the purest expression of Redwood Empire’s craft." —producer
"Inspired by the original Jefferson's Ocean, which was new-filled bourbon barrels, the Jefferson's Ocean: Aged at Sea takes older bourbon barrels and brings it around the world. Stopping in 5 different continents and crossing the equator 4 times, this bourbon truly is a world beater." —producer
"A whiskey gets its color and character from the cask in which it ages and matures. This Double Cask whiskey goes through the process twice. The first five years of maturation in a new charred oak barrel makes it a bourbon. That bourbon then experiences secondary maturation in decades-old casks seasoned by Pedro Ximenez sherry that adds a touch of sweetness, and yields a smooth and impressively complex spirit." —producer
"The art of making fine bourbon first took place on the site of the Woodford Reserve Distillery, a National Historic Landmark, in 1812. The perfectly balanced taste of our Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is comprised of more than 200 detectable flavor notes, from bold grain and wood, to sweet aromatics, spice, and fruit & floral notes." —producer
"This marvel of modern distillation wows the senses with lovely aromas of spice and fresh apples. When sipped, you experience honey, mint, and creamy orange. As Cavehill falls to the back of your palate, it evolves into vanilla and custard. Our four-grain recipe gives this bourbon a cornucopia of flavors that are distinguishable yet lasting, no matter your style." —producer
