"Dark amber color with a slightly orange cast. Complex nose, with close, cinnamon, vanilla, orange citrus zest and butterscotch notes, and an intriguing hint of sandalwood. Sweetness of corn and spiciness from rye combine with an almost maple syrup-like flavor. Vanilla and caramel note lead to a persistent, yet subdued peppery finish." —producer

"Aromas of brown sugar, cinnamon toast, dried figs, pipe tobacco, baking chocolate, and orange peel. Flavors of sweet baking spice, cinnamon roll, caramelized sugar, dried currants, lightly roasted almonds and a hint of black licorice. "Nelson's Green Brier's family recipe, with the first bottling since 1909. Painstakingly filtered through a mellowing bed of sugar maple charcoal and aged in new charred oak barrels. Full and warm showing caramel, vanilla, cinnamon and apple aromas. On the palate, robust brown sugar, cinnamon roll, caramel apple and a touch cocoa. Long with lingering flavors of cinnamon, brown sugar, Gala apple and black cherry." —producer
"Just like Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey and Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel, Gentleman Jack is charcoal mellowed before going into the barrel. Gentleman Jack, however, receives an additional “blessing” when it is charcoal mellowed again after reaching maturity – making it the only whiskey in the world to be charcoal mellowed twice, giving it ultimate smoothness. Gentleman Jack is full-bodied with fruit and spices, and its finish is silky, warm, and pleasant. When you drink Gentleman Jack, you’ll always enjoy rich, rewarding taste." -producer

"An innovative approach to twice-barreled bourbon creates the rich and colorful flavor of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked. Uniquely matured in separate, charred oak barrels - the second barrel deeply toasted before a light charring – extracts additional amounts of soft, sweet oak character." —producer
"We do things a little differently around here – and that’s what gives Jack Daniel’s its distinctive character. We charcoal mellow our whiskey drop by drop, then let it age in our own handcrafted barrels. And we don’t follow a calendar. Our Tennessee Sippin’ Whiskey is ready only when our tasters say it is. We use our senses, just like Jack Daniel himself did. In fact, more than a century later, our Tennessee Whiskey is still judged the same way. By the way it looks. By the way it smells. And, of course, by the way it tastes." -producer

"Our Special Finishes Collection is an ever-growing exploration of finishes and perspectives on our iconic bourbon profile. And to add to our collection, we created Rum Cask. By finishing for nine weeks in rum cask barrels straight from Havana, Cuba, we impart notes of spice and tropical sweetness on our 4-year Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. And we’re excited to include this unique flavor profile with the rest of the Yellowstone family." —producer

We are excited to introduce the fourth release from a special program graciously offered by the master distillers at the Knob Creek distillery in Clermont, Kentucky. Through their Single Barrel Select Experience, we tasted through a selection of single-barrel Knob Creek bourbons and selected our favorite, which the distillery then bottled. The result is our very own Wine Anthology bottling of a single barrel of Knob Creek bourbon! Whereas Knob Creek's normal straight bourbon whiskey bottling is a blend of whiskies from several barrels, this unique bottling comes from a single cask and shows off a different side of the signature Knob Creek style.
"Since the inception of Castle & Key, we have looked forward to sharing our bourbon with the world. Now our Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey is a shining example of how patience and dedication to crafting quality spirits from scratch pays off. The first proprietary bourbon distilled and released by Castle & Key at the historic Old Taylor Distillery in nearly five decades is a nod to where we came from and taste of what’s to come." —producer
"Distinctive and pronounced, Dave Phinney’s house Bourbon. Mature yet lively and loaded with character. Aromas of orange peel and honey mingle with toasty oak and caramel notes that are consistent through the palate. Lush and complex, gorgeous start to finish." —producer
"This Kentucky Bourbon pays tribute to the earliest days of the Distillery's history when in 1939 it released Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond. The namesake brand quickly became the number-one-selling Bourbon whiskey in the state of Kentucky. Still today, the craftsmanship poured into this bottle by the same founding family meets the exacting standards first set forth in the Bottled-in-Bond act of 1897.
"Golden amber in color with warm notes of vanilla, honey, and a rich caramel sweetness on the nose. Smooth, warm and sweet with a subtle rye spice note; caramel and honey mingle with just enough oak and char to round out the richness. Long and lingering on the finish." —producer
"For this exceptional Kentucky bourbon, we meticulously blend each small batch to create its distinctive flavor profile. Ascension is a blend of two bourbons: whiskey produced at Six Mile Distillery in Pleasureville, KY (now known as Heaven's Door Distillery), and whiskey sourced from elsewhere in Kentucky. It was aged for at least five years, it’s non-chill filtered, and bottled at 92 proof. Tasting notes include caramel, vanilla, and baking spice on the palate, with a nose full of popcorn and dried fruit." —producer
